1. Overview

Sewing Pattern Society (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides digital sewing patterns and related content for personal, non-commercial use. By purchasing or downloading any product, you agree to these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

 

2. Digital Products

All products sold are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped. After completing your purchase, you’ll receive instant access to the files.
Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are final (see our Refund Policy for details).

3. License and Use

When you purchase a digital sewing pattern, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use it.
You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the files or patterns in any form.

  • Use the designs for mass production or commercial resale.

  • Claim the designs, illustrations, or instructions as your own.

You may:

  • Use the patterns to create garments for personal use.

  • Post or share your finished makes on social media, provided you credit Sewing Pattern Society for the pattern.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, files, and written content are the intellectual property of Sewing Pattern Society and are protected under copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Technical Access

You are responsible for ensuring that your device and software are compatible with the file formats provided (e.g., PDF, ZIP). We are not responsible for any technical issues arising from your device or software.

6. Refunds and Returns

Since all products are digital, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the files have been downloaded.
Refunds may only be considered for accidental duplicate purchases or technical issues verified by our team.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use or misuse of our digital products. All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our website and products constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
